Texas AI Law is a static publication hosted through Cloudflare. It has no accounts, submission forms, comments, advertising trackers or audience analytics. Fonts and photographs are served with the site. Search runs in the browser against the publication’s search index; the publication does not send the entered search words to a search service.

Cloudflare processes request information, including IP addresses and technical information, to deliver and protect the site. Its security functions can use cookies where required. This page does not promise that network requests create no logs or that a hosting provider retains no information. Cloudflare’s privacy policy describes its processing.

External links lead to other sites, whose privacy practices apply after the link is followed. This page describes the site configuration at publication. A change to analytics, embedded content or forms requires an updated notice before that feature is enabled.
